SHIPPING AND RETURNS
Free shipping throughout Italy and Europe via express courier. Delivery in Italy is expected within 24-48 hours . Shipping is trackable, and you will receive email and SMS notifications to monitor your shipment until delivery. ViaVerdi insures all shipments; in case of loss, you will be reimbursed.
With great passion and care, we handle the various stages: from production to packaging to shipping; however, if for any reason you want to return the product, you have 100 days. Returns from Italy are FREE. From European Union countries, you request the return on our website and receive a pre-filled shipping label: the return costs €9.90. From countries outside the EU, you send the item back to us and we refund the full amount you paid.
