FREE RETURN…

If for any reason our customers are not satisfied with their orders, items can be returned within 100 days of the order’s delivery date.

Return instructions:
- Fill in the form that you can find below, pack your order properly (you can use our shipping box)

• Print the return label

• Call Fedex to collect your package

You have to put the invoice inside the package. We need the invoice to make the refund.

Note: Each returned item has to be new in the same conditions as it arrives to you (labels cannot be removed). The refund will be processed within 14 business days of the delivery to our company as D.L. n°206/2005 Diritto di Recesso (right of withdrawal).
