You have 100 days from the delivery date to return your purchase.
We take great care of every step — from production to packaging and shipping — but if for any reason you would like to return your item, you can do so easily:
Returns are FREE in Italy. For orders shipped outside Italy, a €14.90 return shipping fee applies. Please follow the steps below:
- Fill in the return form below and pack your item securely. You may also use the original shipping box.
- You will receive a pre-filled return shipping label by email. Print it and attach it to the parcel.
- Hand the parcel to the courier or drop it off at a nearby drop-off point.
- IMPORTANT: Please place inside the return parcel the original receipt/invoice that was included in the package when you received your order. Without this document, we cannot process your refund.
Return conditions
Items must be new, unused, and returned with all tags, accessories, and original packaging included.
The original receipt/invoice included with your order must also be placed inside the return parcel. Returns received without this document cannot be refunded.
Refunds
Refunds will be processed within 14 business days of receiving your return, in accordance with Italian Legislative Decree No. 206/2005 (Right of Withdrawal).
