You have 100 days from the delivery date to return your purchase.
We take care of every step — from production to packaging and shipping — but if for any reason you’d like to return your item, you can do so easily:

Returns are FREE in Italy. For orders shipped outside Italy, the return costs €14.90. Please follow the steps below:

• Fill in the return form below and pack your item securely (you may also use the original shipping box).
• You will receive a pre-filled shipping label by email — print it and attach it to the parcel.
• Hand the parcel to the courier or drop it off at a nearby pick-up point.
• Include the fiscal receipt/invoice from your order inside the parcel: without it, we cannot issue a credit note and process your refund.

Return conditions
Items must be new, unused, and returned with all tags, accessories, and original packaging included.

Refunds
Refunds will be processed within 14 business days of receiving your return, in accordance with Italian Legislative Decree No. 206/2005 (Right of Withdrawal).
