You have 100 days from the delivery date to return your purchase. We take great care of every step — from preparation to packaging and shipping — but if for any reason you would like to return your item, you can do so easily:
Returns are FREE in Italy. For European Union countries, returns can be requested on our website: you will receive a pre-filled shipping label and the return costs €9.90. For countries outside the EU, simply send the item back to us: we will refund the full amount you paid.
For returns from Italy and the European Union, please follow these steps:
- Fill in the return form below and prepare the parcel, making sure it is well sealed. You can also use the original shipping box.
- You will receive by email the pre-filled shipping label to print and attach to the parcel.
- Hand the parcel to the courier or drop it off at a collection point near you.
- IMPORTANT: place in the parcel the original receipt that was included in the package when your order was delivered. Without this document we cannot process your refund.
Return conditions Items must be new, unused and returned with all the tags, accessories and original packaging you received.
The original receipt included in the package at delivery must be placed in the return parcel. Returns received without this document cannot be refunded. Refund Refunds are issued within 14 working days of receiving the return, in accordance with Italian Legislative Decree 206/2005 (right of withdrawal).
