Shipments

Free shipping throughout Italy and Europe via express courier.

Orders are shipped Monday through Friday via BRT, SDA, FedEx, or EMS express couriers. Within Italy, delivery is expected within 24–48 hours, regardless of the number of items purchased. For international shipments, delivery is expected within 3–4 business days.

Your shipment is trackable, and you will receive notifications via email and text message to track your shipment until delivery. ViaVerdi insures all your shipments; in the event of loss, you will be reimbursed.

ViaVerdi guarantees that your order will be shipped to arrive within the timeframes indicated above but is not responsible for any delivery delays on the part of the courier, especially during peak shopping periods (e.g., the Christmas season, Black Friday, etc.).
