Express delivery and free shipping worldwide for all orders.

ViaVerdi processes and sends orders from Monday to Friday. Deliveries are handled through DPD, Fedex or EMS. Delivery times for Italy are about 24/48 hours despite the number of items that you have purchased. Delivery times for international shipping are about 3/4 business days.

You can check the shipment status thanks to the tracking number that ViaVerdi will send through email. All shipments sent by ViaVerdi are insured against theft so, in case of loss you will be refunded.

ViaVerdi guarantees shipments according to the timetable already mentioned but, we cannot be held responsible for eventual delays caused by courier services.

If you are ordering outside of the EU, your order may be subject to customs and import duties. Prices already includes VAT, eventual customs are paid by customers. ViaVerdi has no control over these charges and we can’t tell you exactly how much it may cost you as customs policies and import duties vary widely from country to country.

Here’s a handy list of our most popular shipping destinations:

- USA: no duties for orders below $ 800

- Norway: no duties + 25 % VAT

- Australia: 5 % duties + 10 % VAT (on both the value of the goods and the cost of transportation)

-Hong Kong: no duties

-Switzerland: 22 Fr. advanced fees + 8 % duties + 8 % VAT
